Hitting (On) Women (2007), Review
Hitting Where It Hurts In the way it dealt with its subject matter, Yu's script always came across as intelligent, sincere and respectful and never sensationalised. The last play of Ovidia Yu's which I saw was The Silence of the Kittens (2006) and while I thought the script for that play was reasonably solid, I also felt that it had the air of being a first draft and could have done with some thoughtful rewriting.
